Project Starting Fee: The initial project starting fee is non-refundable. This fee covers the initial work, setup, and planning required for your project.

Third-Party Software Fees: Any fees paid to third-party platforms, software, or services on your behalf are non-refundable. These costs are beyond our control, and once incurred, they cannot be reimbursed.

Refunds must be requested within 30 days of the payment date.

Exceptions

Refunds will not be granted if significant portions of the project have already been completed and delivered in accordance with the agreed-upon terms.
